We are proud to announce that Escone Solutions have won a major new contract with the UK’s biggest sofa retailer, DFS.
The new round of business will give the country’s number one sofa manufacturer access to our team of super users with specialist knowledge and experience in business software allowing DFS’s staff to benefit from an enhanced level of application support.
The contract announcement with DFS sits alongside another two exclusive contracts secured this month, with the Lincolnshire Housing Project (LHP) and Aberdeen based charity VSA, also signing up to ‘Escone Assist’ – our company’s remote super user helpdesk to support ‘business as usual’ operations.
